Yes, you will be eligible provided you pass all the three exams and then you need to secure 60 percent overall in order to get a chance to be eligible and you can sit in 2020.

Hello,
A candidate who meets the eligibility guidelines of NTA JEE Mains can appear for JEE Mains in India. It includes following factors-
JEE Main Eligibility Marks- GENENERAL/OBC- 75% or being in top 20 percentile of restive board, ST, SC, PWD- 65%.
Number of attempts- 3 years (6 times).
Number of subjects- student should have studied 5 subjects in his class 12th or equivalent exam, as per JEE Mains.Eligibility 2020. Nationality- Indian, NRI, PIO, OCI, Foreign National

Hello,
To be eligible for JEE Mains 2020, a candidate must satisfy details mentioned in JEE Main Brochure 2020. Candidates can apply for 3 consecutive years. Candidate must have studied at least 5 subjects in the qualifying exam (board/equivalent exam). Qualifying Examination- candidate should be either appearing for board / equivalent exam in 2019-20 or should have passed it in 2018-19. There is no upper age limit mentioned in JEE Main Eligibility. For NITS, CFTIs or IIITs admission there is certain percentage criteria. Candidate should be in top 20 percentile of respective board or scored at least 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD).
