Hello Prerna, The minimum eligibility in board exams to appear for JEE exams is to have at least 65 percent (for reserved categories like SC, ST, etc. ). And at least 75 percent ( for unreserved or general category). Hence, based on the category only, you will know whether you are eligible or not.

Hi Shobhit,
As you have scored 73.6% in class 12th, you are eligible for JEE Mains. Start your preparation as early as possible. It will help you to complete the course on the time so that you will get enough time for revision.
Best of luck.

One needs to clear JEE Mains only with better than cutoff percentile declared by JoSAA for particular category. After NTA had declared results of JEE Mains, JoSAA also almost immediately declared cutoffs for registration for admission to NIT etc. If you can tell me your category, I can let you know cutoff for it. Best wishes to you.

Hello dear,
As you want to take admission in NIT, let me tell you for a good NIT, you must score above 99 percentile so that you can stand safely for getting a good NIT with core branches. However, at minimum, you should score 90 percentile to keep you hope alive with core branches in good NIT.

Hello,
Yes, definitely there is not a single criteria to appear for JEE Mains examination unless, and until you failed to pass the class 12th. If you have passed the class 12th, then you can apply for JEE Mains.
