If you missed JEE Mains this year, you can't sit for Advance and hence you will not be eligible for IITM this year.

Yes you are eligible, only thing is you have to know is your percentile score. The actual percentage is not the same as percentile. Like in CBSE if anyone has scored 82 percent then his percentile score is somewhere in 70's. In Bihar board 80+ percent means 90+ percentile. So you can give your Mains. Just don't worry. Work hard and achieve your dreams.

You cannot clear the cut-off with just chemistry.
For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs through JEE Mains, candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class XII. Minimum marks for Physics, chemistry and maths are 60.

You have to score at least 75% marks to get admission in NITs, IIITs etc. But, you can get any other government or private engineering college based on your rank.

You must have passed 10+2 conducted by CBSE Delhi or any equivalent exam, including Indian School Certificate Examination. If you have the qualifying exam in compartmental, you will not be eligible for the admission.

Yes, minimum 5 subjects are required to appear for JEE Mains. But for JEE Advanced you should successfully clear JEE Mains.
