The tentative qualifying marks for GEN category (common rank list) students is 89.75 for GEN (EWS category) is 78.21. JEE Main score of 250 or higher is regarded as good and AJEE Mains score of 85-95 percentile is ideal for getting into NITs and IITs through the exam. Candidates must also be in the top 15,000 to 20,000 ranks to be accepted into the best NITs and IITs.

Congratulations on your JEE Mains scores! Based on your NTA score of 80 and NTA score in Maths of 96, you have a good chance of getting admission to some of the top engineering colleges in Mumbai. Here are a few options you can consider:
Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT)
Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (SPIT)
Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering (DJ Sanghvi)
K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering (KJSCE)
for. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (CRCE). .

It's always better to enter JEE percentile, to gain more attention in forms, but if your percentile is less, and is not required to mention, then don't.

It would be around 89-90 percentile, as it also depends on the number of students in that shift.

According to your mark 91 percentile in EWS category, you may get some lower branch in the north eastern NITs (except NIT Silchar). But I would strongly suggest you to focus on other like JEE Mains attempts and score around 97 percentile so that you can get some decent branches in a good NIT or if you happy on north eastern NITs then your mark is suitable for it.

There are various reputed engineering institutes that accept the 50-60 percentile in JEE Main. One need minimum 50 % in most of the cases for aerospace engineering. You can search about top 10 colleges for aeronautical engineering. Also you can use Shiksha predictor.

Yes, she can get NIT but it's very hard to get a CSE branch with this percentile but if you want to go with CSE branch then you should go with IITs. Best of luck.

You easily get into NITs and IITs. Just focus on 2nd season and upgrade the grades. After that you should focus on JEE Advance and get into IITs.
