You can get NIT College with this rank but the stream you won't get CSE, IT, etc. Other government colleges which you can get is UIET (Panjab University) etc. with this rank. Good luck.

Actually speaking, even 100 percentile in JEE Mains examination conducted by NTA will not get you a seat in IIT. However a good score is definitely required in the examination to get clearance for appearing in JEE Advanced. It is the score which you obtain in JEE Advanced that will be the deciding factor for admissions in all of the IIT's. It goes without saying that you must do well in JEE Mains so that you are in the zone where your percentile is enough to get you qualify for JEE Advanced. It is obtained after transforming the scores into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees. Percentile Score shows the percentage of candidates who have scored equal to or below a particular percentile in an exam. It is the normalized score and not the raw scores.

You can get almost all the colleges with this rank and score, from IIITs to NITs in all the colleges you can easily get the desired branch you want to and also in the first round of the counselling itself.
