You can get admission in your dream college after clearing the JEE Mains Exam. For IISc-Bangalore, you have to appear in the JEE Advanced Exam. The Colleges you can apply for after clearing the JEE Mains- NIT Bhopal

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for IGDTU or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

Combining your 12th marks, you will get a seat in NITs, but you will have to look for desired branch if the seat is available in that.
