Hello Akash Kumar, You have received 90 percentile in your JEE Mains which occurred in the month of January. With this percentile, I feel you should get admission in either of the three institutions that you have mentioned. However, to be sure, I am attaching a link that will predict the college for you based on your percentile score. Here I would like to advise you that if you are not satisfied with the results then you must attempt JEE Mains once again that is going to be conducted in the month of April with the aim of improving and enhancing your percentile. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for CBIT College or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

Hello Gokulrajan,
It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in appearing for next round of JEE Mains in April. I am sure with your experience of exam in January, and the dedicated study that you must be doing now, you can surely expect to cross percentile of 85. Best wishes to you.

Your scores are not bad, but could you mention your percentile, so that I can suggest you some colleges. Also, give your Academic Scores and I would suggest you to apply to maximum colleges now (wherever you are eligible) to maximize your selection chances if you want to do an MBA this year itself.

There is no such criteria, anyone who has cleared the cut off can participate in JoSSA counseling, and the allotment generally depends on your category, your branch of selection and the NIT.

Hi Karthik
No it maybe difficult for you to get admission in NIT Trichy as cut off is quite high in NITs but it also depends on your interest which stream you are going to choose,if for example you want CSE then it may be difficult for you to get seat but if you choose stream such as biotechnology or textile then there may be chance for you to take admission but don't worry as there is second chance in which you can improve your scores. And talking about the marks about which no such information is available but you can know your rank by using rank predictor which is also available on shiksha site and more details about your marks and r

Hi Shreya,
For admission in IIT, you will have to sit in JEE Advance exam, as admission in IIT is purely on basis of Advance rank and score and not on Mains rank. Good luck.

You won't be able to make it to NIT's for CS. You can try applying some other institutes which accept JEE Mains score.
