Yes, but you can give next JEE Main exam and try to score above 90 percentile than you can get NIT easily.

Yes, you qualify for the college but for branches like ECE, we etc. Getting CSE would be difficult.

Hello Laxman,
NTA will announce cutoff for JEE Mains 2019 based on the combined results of the test already conducted in January and the one which is going to be conducted in the month of April. Those students who may appear for both the exams, the best of two marks will be considered. Hence I would advise you to have some patience and wait till the exams of April are finished and the results announced. In the meanwhile I am attaching a link that will predict college for you once you in put your percentile score. You better try for NIT-Calicut with any branch or NIT-Silchar. They both are top institutions. You have more than 50 percent chances here. Use our seat predictor link for further.

Mechanical engineering is a core branch so it's a bit difficult for you to get any seat in any NITs. Ninty percentile is not enough. Good luck.
