Based on the information provided by you it is unlikely to get seat in NIT Hamirpur. The JEE Mains cutoff is generally higher than that of 73 percentile, even with state quota and being SC category. Therefore, it is best to look for alternative options such as applying to state university council or retaking the exam to improve your score. Sorry, I don't think you will get into NIT with these marks, you should have a percentile above 95 to get a seat in any NITs

Since you have not mentioned your category so consider it as general. You might not get the excellent colleges of your expectations but on such percentile and category, you have some chances of getting some colleges through MHT CET counseling according to the previous year's cut-off.
