It depends upon what your cast is aur your state too if you are not from up aur general then definitely you get NIT easily.

Branch should be based on your interest so do some research and then select a branch. You should try for JEE counselling I think you may got some good NIT depending upon your category. Try some state engineering College which are famous in.
