I am afraid your 76 percentile is quite low to get admission in any NIT and especially in CS branch. If one understands the percentile, then it is clear that 24% of almost 13 lakh students are above you. But then there could be some dynamics in admission process which may enable you to get admission somewhere. To help you I am attaching a link that will predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains.

I hope you are aware of the different cutoffs in terms of percentile announced by the national testing agency for different categories of students. If your percentile is better than this cutoff, then only you are eligible to seek admission in NIT and also eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. In addition to this if you are state accepts ranking in JEE for giving admissions to the colleges then you can apply there also. I can understand your apprehension and angst for seeking admission for an engineering graduate course. You have received 33 percentile with 62000 plus as your ranking in category of SC. Unfortunately the cutoff for your category as announced by National testing agency is placed at 50.1760245 percentile. In view of this you are not eligible to seek admission in any of the NIT's and also you are not eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. However if your state accepts ranking of JEE Mains for giving admissions to the colleges in your state then you can definitely seek admission in one of those colleges. Best wishes to you.
