Chances are very less or I can say there is no chance. But still, you can try it. Better to improve your marks in the next upcoming JEE Mains exam.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for JEE Main 2020 (minimum 50% marks in PCM). To get admission in NIT, a candidate must secure at least 75% marks in 10+2 Exam (65% for SC/ST category) or be in the top 20 percentiles in the 10+2 exam conducted by respective boards.

Hello PK Pandey,
It is an interesting query. It's the NTA which is mandated to conduct JEE Mains exam. It has already exam once and announced results. Its scheduled to conduct another set of exam in April. Taking into account, better performance of a candidate in either of exams, ranking will be issued which will be based on percentile. How much is raw score of a candidate is immaterial since last year. Best wishes to you.
