The syllabus is a complete set to get a 270+ marks. You can't escape anything, but yes you can give preferences to the topics, which you think you are comfortable with. Check weightage of every topic. And, try to change your plan after analysing yourself. Your presence of mind and your strategy is most important weapon in this exam and will take you too the result which you want. At last, I will suggest you study every topic and make your basics strong. Best of luck.

You should Prepare with NCERT first, when you are done with Ncert than you can go for books like HC Verma, you should get material of any coaching institution and practise from it well. Hope you got your answer.
