Yes, definitely, you are eligible to get NIT on the basis of OBC NCL ranking because with CRL ranking, it may not be possible to get an NIT. You should try for MANIT Bhopal, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, etc.
Also, you have a chance to opt for IITs also. Find the best one and go for counselling.

Sorry, you are not eligible for NITs until and unless you are from SC or ST category. For general category, you were supposed to score 200+ marks in JEE Mains. Try to go for government and semi-government colleges of your state. You will definitely get one.
