Go to the college predictor link provided by Shiksha.com. As per your score, you would find some better college options there.

No, your score is very low. You will not get any government college but you can try for private colleges. There are some private colleges which are actually good. Don't lose hope. You can drop a year for JEE Mains and Advanced. You have many options.
Good luck.

No. MANIT is one of the famous and prestigious institutes. You won't get it just by clearing the cutoff.

First of all, please tell me your caste and state. There is a chance of state government colleges for you. But the cut-offs for NIT are high, you would not qualify for them.
Apply for state government colleges.
Best of luck for future.

State students get benefit in the entrance of NITs as they are counted on the basis of home-state rank and not by their overall rank. One should get around 260 marks to get into NIT, Warangal with general category.
Best of luck.

Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12 marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or JEE or e
