Kindly google in the previous year opening and closing rank of NITs to get a rough idea of which colleges and which branches you can apply for. As for IIT they refer to the JEE Advanced marks not of JEE Mains.

There is no any chance of getting Thapar University. You may go for Chandigarh University, Sharda, etc.

You have slim chances of getting this college but if you have home state quota then you may have chances of getting this college.
