There are very low chances of getting any government college but you should try for other colleges. And, you should also go for the state level counselling. Otherwise, you can go for the private colleges across the India. You can get a better one.

It is good that you are looking forward to study in top institutions of India, however your marks are not enough to get you admission in any of these colleges, so I will suggest you to take a gap and prepare well for the next year. All the best.

Based on your marks, your rank should be around 176424. Chances are less to get a seat in a government college.
