Frankly, you should not keep hope with it as the marks are very less to be into the good NIT's or any IIIT's, DTU etc. Moreover, try getting into Private universities or autonomous institutions of state government.

Yes, if you are from SC or ST, then you'll be getting CSE from best institute. Moreover, if general, then best you can get is MANIT, Bhopal as NIT. Also, try for IIIT's as some are doing better than NIT's.

Yes, you can. One can give JEE Mains for three consecutive years and JEE Advance for two after class 12th. You can always change your college after first year, if you get desired rank. With 116 marks it's not possible to get any NIT. You can try for other colleges.

Hello dear, your marks are too low for getting any government colleges, but you may apply for private colleges. Your marks are decent for getting good private colleges. Apply for JOSSAA counseling.

Yes, if you start preparing for JEE Mains now then you have lots of time for preparation of exam. But never stop the practice and better than you may join a coaching for some time then start revision before 1 month of exam. But self practice gives you better results.
Best of luck.

Yes, they will accept you but you have to score well in MU OET.
MIT does not consider JEE Mains marks at all. They take you on basis of your rank in the MU OET. There no negative marking so you can use 90% of the time to solve the paper properly as well as you can and last 5 to 10 mins to randomly select any option for the remaining questions. You might get at least 5 to 6 marks out of the 20 odd guesses and that will make a huge difference in your Manipal rank. Prepare well nonetheless.
All the best.
