As per last year's trend, cut-off ranks for disciplines in Tezpur University were 20,000-40,000 for general category so it will be bit difficult to get a seat. Also, check the below link:

Yes, but not IITs and NITs. Try for autonomous colleges or good private colleges.

It depends on your category. If you are from general category then sorry you are not qualified, however, if you belong to the other category then you are qualified.

Yes, you can apply in NIRMA, LPU, SRM, VIT, etc. Also you can also apply for government engineering college of Rajasthan through REAP as well.
