JEE Mains is just like a qualifying round. JEE Advanced marks/ranks are independent of boards percentage as well as JEE Mains marks.

Yes, HBTI is one of the best colleges in up. Ranking 1 in AKTU. If you will be able to get in go for that and about your score use Shiksha's rank predictor to find out which college will you get. Personally I will suggest, do wait for the final announcement of rank by JEE Mains and without any tension get ready for your UPTU examination. Do your best and wait for the result.

Yes, there are many chances. You can get into a good private or deemed college.
85 marks is good, but the admission process may also depend upon your board exam score.
