Hello Augustya,
No. JEE scores are used only for admission into selected colleges in India. It is not used for admission into the colleges abroad.
You need to clear the respective exams and satisfy the eligibility requirements as required by the college.

You don't have to worry about % of boards, because minimum % required for admision in NITs is only 60% for SC/St. And, the JEE rank only depends on your JEE score not on your boards percent.

Look, a lot of options are there. Private engineering colleges are there. Private deemed universities are offering engineering courses. You can join them. Only for government funded colleges you needed cut-off marks.
