Hello Naveen,
No, that is not possible. You might get a seat but not in the top NITs or may be not in your desired course.
Even if you belong to SC category, it is necessary to score above 150 to get a seat at the top NITs.

The JEE Mains exam syllabus consists of the topics from class 11th and 12th. Although, class 12th has more weightage in JEE Mains exam. Generally, it has 40:60 ratio. 40% for class 11th and 60% for class 12th.
So, if you will prepare only for class 12th, you will be able to score around 120 marks in the exam. But to score good marks, you should prepare class 11th class as well.

Prepare from Arihant Objective, Physics Chemistry and Mathematics along with the NCERT/any reference books, which you use of the following subjects. Also, for mathematics, you can prefer R.D Sharma, for Physics, you can prefer HC Verma, for chemistry, NCERT is enough. Also, a monthly magazine comes for all these 3 subjects (I don't remember the name of the magazine). You can solve many questions from it. After completing all these, give online mock tests and see how much marks you get and progress with your preparation in that manner.

According to the notification announced by CBSE for JEE Mains 2018, the weightage of marks acquired in class 12th will not be added to the JEE Mains scores in the final result.
Previously, the some percentage of class 12th marks were included in the final result. But, CBSE has changes this rule.
According to CBSE, you will have to score at least 75% marks in the 12th class for being eligible for JEE Mains exam.
