As per your JEE Mains score, you will not get any good college. However, you will get some via your MHT-CET score, so check here to get more insights:

You will get LNMIIT-Jaipur, JIIT-Noida. You can also get a college under JAC, Chandigarh. UIET (Panjab University) for electrical branch. Chances are also there for lower NITs and IIITs.

There is a counselling process organised by JoSAA under MHRD directive. You need to appear for it. Select the desired colleges as the option and wait for admission dates. Before, that I'll suggest you should go for a few college predictors like Shiksha College Predictor app and research about the institution you get and then choose from there.

You should try for Delhi University or Jamia Millia Islamia.

Sorry, but both scores are low. You will not get admission based on these score. So, go for any other course than engineering. Or take admission in any private institute.
