Yes, you can get a seat at Sastra University. Your marks are good enough get a seat and think you can also get ECE branch for sure.
Those who have appeared for JEE main exam can apply to Sastra University through stream 1.
Your marks will be converted into percentile as below:
95(0.25)+95.2(0.75)=95.15
On this basis, the ranks will be put. I think the counselling starts from 19 June.
The website to apply is www.sastra.edu and the last date to apply is June 10. You also need to send a courier of your application form, 10th and 12th mark sheet (photocopy) and also the JEE score card (result page).

It depends on your rank. Also, DCRUST, Murthal accept JEE or not for this year. Did you appear for Haryana Engineering Entrance Exam this Year? It also depends on the rank the in State Engineering Exam. See the last year cut-offs of DCRUST, Murthal. Fill the JoSSA admission form properly. If DCRUST, Murthal is available in JoSSA's list of engineering colleges. Do your research.

Getting a college also depends on which category you are in. If they are following 60/40 pattern while preparing ranking list, so it will also depend on your 12th percentage. Fill JOSSA admission form properly. Do the research about colleges in your state and nearby states and cities and check their cut-offs.
