I think you won't get NIT, Warangal. Since, your rank is around 12500. You can get chemical engineering in Warangal. In my opinion, you should get admission in Warangal. It is very old and reputed NIT in India.
All the best.

You may evaluate private universities for doing BTech Aeronautical Engineering. Universities such as Manipal University, Amity university, Anna University are also good options for BTech Aeronautical Engineering. You may refer to following link for list of top Aeronautical Engineering colleges in India: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/ranking/top-aeronautical-engineering-colleges-in-india/49-2-0-0-0

Try calculating your All India Rank (AIR), if you already have one, use a college predictor and search colleges state wise.

You can surely get into NITs of the north-eastern regions and certain state/central government funded institutes. You have to wait until the declaration of the AIR and the counselling results.

Hi,
SASTRA University takes admission through two streams.
As you have appeared for JEE exams you should apply for stream 1. The admission is done by converting both of your JEE scores and board exam marks into a percentile. Means JEE marks 30% and 12th scores 70%.
There is no need to apply separately for stream 2 which includes only board exam marks.
You have qualified JEE Mains and if you have around 90-95% then you are sure to get admission.

With 96 marks in JEE Mains and having OBC category, it's quite difficult to get into any NIT/IIIT.
However you reside in Maharashtra, so there are fair chances that you will get admission in the govt. /private colleges of Maharashtra. So keep visiting your nearby colleges and gather information.
