Hello Pranay,
Do you really believe you can complete the course if you get admission? Reports say that majority of students who score around 50% and get admission have not been able to complete course. My advise is to look for some other profession. If you work hard then you can shine anywhere.

You should join some state university or any good private college or take a year drop and appear in the JEE next time. Best college for you will be Women's Institute of Technology (UKTU) Dehradun. It will be very difficult for you to get any NIT if you don't belong to ST category.

This is tough to say that, but any college will not get the admission expect JEE or any CET at least you have to qualifying any exam to get the admission. Another option is management quota, but for that, you have to pay donation.
