Even though, you appear to have cleared JEE Mains, have you really? Why do you have an obsession of engineering? There are large number of different courses that you can opt for. I would advise you to take counsel from career counselor and then determine what you should do.

The eligibility for JEE is 60% in PCM with passing marks in English so you will not be able to secure any seat in engineering college.
According to the official notification of MHRD, JEE aspirants, who wish to qualify in JEE Exam from 2017 onwards, will have to secure at least 75 per cent marks or they will need to be in the top 20 percentile in 12th class examination conducted by their respective boards.

Admissions in Maharashtra are based on marks obtained in MHT CET only. If you have appeared and scored reasonably ok marks then you can get admission in this private college.

In Maharashtra, admissions are based on marks obtained in MHT-CET only. Hence, your score in JEE Mains does not matter. If you have appeared & got reasonably ok marks then you can surely get admission.

Your score in JEE Mains is quite low. But your marks in 12th are reasonably ok. You have not mentioned your state. But if admissions are based on 12th marks, you have a chance of getting admission.

In Maharashtra, admissions are based on MHT CET only. I feel you should get admission in some private college but may not be in Pune. It could be on the outskirts of Pune.

You have scored well in your 12th but then what happened subsequently? Your score in JEE Mains is not very encouraging. It appears that you have slim chances of getting admission.

You have a great score in 12th but you have received rather very less marks in JEE Mains. What happened? Your chances appear to be slim for admission based on JEE Mains score.

You have not mentioned as to how much is your score in 12th. But only 108 out of 360 looks a little on the lower side. Government college looks difficult but perhaps you can get admission in a private college.
