this year dte is considering 85% of CET and just 15% of JEE marks.I think u should go for all India counseling.u will get a NIT there.best of luck

For IITs,you need to qualify JEE Advanced. With JEE main you can get admission in NITs and other private colleges.

IIT Hyderabad conducts its own exam. you can't get admission in it through JEE Mains marks.
