Thirteen languages are used for the JEE Main exam: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. When completing the application form, candidates have the option of selecting the language in which they would want to appear in the test. Both the English language and the language chosen when completing the form will be accessible for use during the exam as question papers. Through their computer screen, candidates can flip between the two languages during the test. Once the application form is submitted, the question paper's language cannot be altered.
