As per the conducting body of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) MAIN, National Testing Agency ( NTA) conducts the examination completely on computer based test mode for all courses, however for course B.Arch, the paper is conducted offline due to the drawing section of the architectural course. To know more about Joint Entrance Examination ( JEE) MAIN, refer to the official website.

The question paper of JEE MAIN Entrance Examination is divided into two sections: • Section A consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) followed by numerical value section - B, total of 90 Questions from physics, chemistry and mathematics (30 each ) • section A consist of 20 Multiple Choice Questions in each subject. • Section B consist of 10 questions, leaving 5 for the candidates to choose and skip the other 5. • +4 marks are awarded for each correct answer and -1 marks deducted for each wrong one. The entire application process for JEE Main exam is conducted online and applicants for JEE Main 2024 are not required to send a hard copy or  printout of their application form to the NTA office. Candidates are required to fill and submit their applications forms  through the online portal only. There is no need for any physical submission of documents to the NTA office.NTA has closed the JEE Main exam Registration 2024 session 1. NTA JEE Mains 2024 registration last date and time was December 4 till 9 pm. JEE Main session 1 application form was available at the NTA's official website- jeemain.nta.ac.in.
