Hey rio,I got 69 marks in 12th Board math and got 92% in jee. I cant apply for nit's but I got good college with this rank. Let me give the details:You can write jee marks withouy any minimum marks in board but for getting admission in NIT, IIT or gift universities you should have 75% [65% for sc/st] in your boards or top 20% in your repective board. With good jee percentage like above 90%, you can get many good unversities. So if you have low marks in 12th, you can consider jee as option.For the GATE again, there is no minimum percentage required in the qualifying degree.
