The mode of IIT Jammu course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exam scores such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and merit. Hence, admissions to the BTech course at IIT Jammu is not possible without any entrance exams. Candidates must prepare well in advance for the entrance exams as the competition is quite high. Students can give JEE Main mock tests or can even study past year papers.

The important part is that you must clear the compartment exam and fulfill the required educational qualifications by the time of admission. When filling out the JEE application form, you should mention that you are an "appearing candidate" and ensure you meet the criteria for clearing your exam by the time admissions are processed?
