Yes, one can get admission to the B.E./B.Tech course without JEE Main in B.S.A. College of Engineering and Technology, provided the eligible candidates have a valid score of other entrance exams. The College primarily considers scores from Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination or any other entrance tests approved by the Gram Sabha for the purpose of admission. The other merit-based admissions will be offered in cases, due to seat vacancy. UPSEE or various other state-level or institute-specific exams can be availed of if you have not appeared for JEE Main.

To get a government engineering college in Punjab through JoSAA, aim for a JEE Mains rank within 10,000–30,000 for top colleges like PEC and NIT Jalandhar. Rankings of 70,000 or higher may be adequate for state quotas or lower-tier universities, depending on the branch and category.

No, you cannot upload a blue background photo for JEE Main 2024 application. The instructions suggest that photos should be taken on a white or neutral background. Additionally, the photo shows 80% of the face (unmasked) including the ears, and must be cut professionally. The file size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB in JPG/JPEG format.Make sure you meet these requirements to avoid rejection of your application.

Candidates are permitted to take the JEE Main exam twice a year, in January and April. To allow for room for development, a student may take the test no more than six times in three years. For example, a candidate can take the JEE Main exam in the both sessions for the following two years if they start taking it right after finishing the 12th grade. While meeting qualifying standards, this policy assists students in the raising their test scores.

To get a seat in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch at a good NIT in 2025, you'll need to aim for a competitive JEE Mains score, as the cutoffs for NITs can vary depending on several factors, such as the difficulty of the exam, the number of applicants, and the category of the applicant. Here are the general expectations based on past trends:For NITs in General:The general category cutoff for ECE in top NITs (like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, etc.) typically ranges between 90th to 98th percentile. A score in the range of 230-280 out of 300 is considered competitive for these NITs.For NIT Allahabad (now known as MNNI

Not every question in the JEE Mains does feature the format of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions). The pattern of this test is that it divides each subject- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics- into two sections:1. *Section A* contains MCQs, where every question has four options; a candidate has to select the correct option.2. Section B has questions with numerical value answers; candidates need to write the correct numerical value. Such type of questions has no options and not MCQ.The total number of questions in JEE Mains is 90: 20 questions from Section A (MCQs) and 10 from Section B (numerical).A candidate has to prepare for this exa

The Mains result dates for admission at Dr. M.C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) are usually in line with the dates announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). In general, the results of JEE Main are declared after a couple of weeks following the exam that is conducted twice in the calendar year - once in January and again in April. The scores can be seen on the JEE Main official website, with rank and score of the candidates. Scores of JEE Main are used by MCSGOC for admission to courses of B.E. / B.Tech besides state or management quota options for students who are eligible under these.

Yes, you can get admission to B.E. / B.Tech course offered by Dr. M.C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) without JEE Main as the college also accepts scores from other entrance exams. And appears for UPSEE-the preferred exam for candidates of Uttar Pradesh-for getting an admission in one of these colleges:. Alternatively, there is also direct admission available to candidates, provided the basic eligibility criteria are met-through management quota. However, as a general entry through the entrance exam, UPSEE or any other such recognised exam, as per the admission policy of the college, is recommended.
