The minimum eligibility includes scoring at least 75% aggregate marks in Class 12 exam. For SC/ST/PwD students, the minimum score required in Class 12 is 65%. IIIT Delhi accepts JEE Advanced and JEE Main scores for admission to BTech. Admission to all the courses is based on scores obtained in the entrance examinations such as UCEED, GATE, PGCAT-IIITD, GAT-B, and others. Along with UG and PG courses, IIIT Delhi also offers PhD in various specialisations.

Admission to the BTech programme is done on the basis of in house exam of GITAIM School of Technology known as GITAM GAT. As of now, GITAM School of Technology only accepts GITAM GAT for the BTech programme, as mentioned on their official website. To be eligible for the BTech programme the aspiring candidates also need to have 60% in graduation.

Candidates scoring 95 percentile in JEE Main can get multiple NITs. This percentile ranges between 60,000 and 90,000 owing to which it is qualifying for most of the NITs. You can get entrances to mid tier NITs and a few bottom some also based on branch/campus. The top NITs we know of, like NIT Trichy or NIT Warangal, would have kept your CAP I, but other prestigious places should be in the range.
