There are two sorts of JEE Main cutoffs: the qualifying cutoff for JEE Advanced and the institute admission cutoff. The NTA releases the JEE Main qualifying cutoff, which takes the form of percentile scores, along with the results. JEE Main cutoffs are released by NTA for six categories: unreserved (CRL), Gen-EWS, Open-PwD, OBC-NCL, SC, and ST. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) announces the JEE Main admission cutoff, which is presented as an All India Rank.

Yes, you can get into NITs with a 90 percentile in JEE Mains. For the OBC NCL category, a percentile of 90 is considered good enough to secure admission in NITs. The cutoff for NITs varies by category, but generally, candidates with a percentile between 85 to 95 can get admission to NITs.

To object the official answer key of the JEE Mains 2024 examination, candidates have to pay and non refundable fee of INR 200 per question to be objected. Candidates must know that paying this fee does not ensure that the objection they are claiming will be considered right. It will be taken into thorough checking by many experts to come to that conclusion. To know more about the JEE main 2024 examination, refer to the official website of the examination or Shiksha.

The cutoff percentile for the SC category was roughly 43 last year. Considering the aforementioned, I do not doubt that you will be admitted to the NIT of your choice. However, why are you only dreaming of NIT when you have such a good score? You should work a little harder and try to get an IIT.
