Cut-off in Architecture colleges vary a lot. So, it would not be easy to predict cut off for an architecture college. The normal index value is the NATA exam scores which are considered for cut-off.

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will hold the JEE Mains 2018 counselling and seat allotment for all the qualified candidates of the engineering entrance exam. To be able to participate in JEE Mains counselling and seat allotment 2018, candidates will have to register them first and then follow the step-wise procedure of the same. The counselling and seat allotment of JEE Mains 2018 candidates will be conducted on the basis of their merit, choice filling and availability of seats. However, you may not get your desired college as for decent colleges, the minimum board percentage required is 75%, It is 65% for OBC, ST and SC candidates.
Kindly keep that in mind.
