Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will hold the JEE Main 2018 counselling and seat allotment for all the qualified candidates of the engineering entrance exam. Sorry to say brother that you can appear in AAT only if you have given JEE Advanced and you have cleared it. Or else you are not eligible for AAT. You can try for any good NIT.

Hello Mukul,
If you are from Chandigarh then you have more chances because I think CCA has 40 seats in which 35 for Chandigarh students and 5 for other states. So, you need to score 260+ to get a seat here (if you are not coming from home state quota) and 230+ if you are from Chandigarh.

Talking about best private architecture colleges in India, here is my list:
HZU (Himgiri Zee University), Dehradun
Aayojan School of Architecture
ACN College of Management and Engineering
Acharyas NRV School of Architecture
Adhiyamaan College of Engineering
Out of the colleges mentioned above, I think Himgiri Zee University as one of the best university for pursuing architecture. Their department of architecture offers an extensive study of design, planning and architecture. They provide the students with exposure to boost their confidence in the respective fields.

For your rank, you can get some good private universities for pursuing B.Arch course. Check the list of top private University as well as government colleges in the state you prefer and apply for them. Good luck.
