No, NCERT books are not enough to prepare for JEE. They are enough for only chemistry for physics and Maths, you will score more than use coaching.

The book good book for JEE Mains and advanced are 4 mathematics RD Sharma for physics HC Verma and 4 Chemistry NCERT books.

As you have passed class 10th, I would suggest you to prepare for Polytechnic, if you want to go ahead with Technical Stream, it is better than Polytechnic. Hope you got your answer.
