Yes, you can prepare for JEE in one year. You just need to solve all the problems in the past papers and learn a quick way to solve things within a small amount of duration which helps you crack JEE easily.

You can take admission in any coaching class for JEE preparation and start preparing yourself with the aim to be an IITian. You can start from 11th itself. But your mindset would be like that only.

Talk to your parents and teachers about this and explain your problem. They know you better and will tell you proper solutions. The only thing I can recommend against distraction is to cut off from Internet, phones and TV and restrict your social time. Envision your goal, imagine your life with and without it, commit to it and start acting for it. To be honest you only lack motivation. If you really want to crack JEE then give yourself a reason for it.

By preparing your class 11th and class 12th syllabus thoroughly. Depending on your capabilities, you may have to pursue a coaching later. The best way to prepare now is to focus on your Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Prepare them as you would prepare for IIT. Because, the syllabus is same you will score better marks in your class 11th and as well in JEE.
