It's good to see students are clear in their thought process which branch they have to go which examination they have to compete for. To tell you a specific course, books and coaching that you should use for 10th IIT foundation is tough to answer. Every year the course is changing so it not possible to answer any one book that alone could be prove beneficial to you and there's no point of wasting 1000s of money in books. If you really want to prepare for IIT and want to clear then in my opinion you should go for M-Learning India online classes where you are taught online and given lectures on each and every topic by qualified tea

Define your study material- Stick to a particular set of books, coaching materials, problem sets, etc. Do not deviate from these at all throughout your preparation. This process will give you confidence to believe in your decisions. Believe me, people will try to drag you into stud

This year, there is no criteria for 75% in 12 in order to get the seat in IIT. It might there is chance that next year too this will be applicable. So, I suggest you to focus on preparation regarding the Fee 2019 and if you think it will be better to go for improvement then go ahead. If you have further query please feel free to ask.
