To tell you a specific course, books and coaching that you should use for 10th IIT foundation is tough to answer. Every year the course is changing so it not possible to answer any one book that alone could be prove beneficial to you and there's no point of wasting 1000s of money in books. If you really want to prepare for IIT and want to clear then in my opinion you should go for M-Learning India online classes where you are taught online and given lectures on each and every topic by qualified tea

Also, give some time to physical activity as well as to any particular interest (such as coding). This will give you the power to work hard, and keep yourself energised in the process.

Dear student,
This year, there is no criteria for 75% in 12 in order to get the seat in IIT. It might there is chance that next year too this will be applicable. So, I suggest you to focus on preparation regarding the Fee 2019 and if you think it will be better to go for improvement then go ahead. If you have further query please feel free to ask.
Best of luck.
