You are very far from good rank. You might have got rank near to INR. 3 Lacs - INR. 4 Lacs. With this rank, you can get nothing in JoSAA counselling.

You should try for state level private colleges. In state private colleges you can get computer science and engineering with this JEE Mains rank. If you are looking for a better campus, then go for Amity or LPU.

To get CSE branch as per your rank, I will suggest you to apply for state private colleges like IEM Kolkata, Meghnad Saha Institute Of Technology, Haldia, Heritage, Techno India, Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely Professional University etc. Best of luck.
