Yes, both JEE and board marks are of equal importance. If you want admission in some good institute your board score should be at least 80% and JEE score should be minimum 230. All the best.

Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering in Mumbai is one of the well-known colleges and students prefer it over others. Because, of this the ranks required in either MH CET or JEE mains are pretty high for getting admission in this college. Based on the last year's results it is understood that if a student gets about 1000 rank in JEE he may get admission in this college and the corresponding figure is about 4000 in MH CET. However, these figures may change from year to year, depending on the performance of students and hence is not same across the years.
Best wishes to you.

To get admissions in NITR, you should have got marks in range of 150-180 if you belong to general category. To get a better branch as per last year records available on JOSAA website. But since it is a new NIT. So, it might be possible that you get admission on little less marks than mention above.

The pros are that in the 4 years of your tenure you won't feel bored in this college and the cons is that there are zero placements for some branches.

No, it is not possible. You have to appear for the exam again and that score that you get will help you to get admission.
