Yes, you have a fairly good chance with the above mentioned score to get a seat in Karnataka. Try East West School of Architecture or BGSSAP or RNS.

The qualification required to pursue commercial pilot training is just 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM.
If you have this qualification than you can directly approach them and take admission.
As far as your EEE is concerned, it will only remain as an additional qualification. It has nothing to do with CPL Training.
