Yes, sure. The chances are very high to get the seat. The marks are also fair according to the cut-off but the official cut-off is not release yet. But, it is most probably that you will get the college. For any query, please feel free to ask.

If you have a valid reason, it's completely fine. You just don't need to give up. It is no shame to fail, just come back stronger next time, when you get the chance. If you do well in your graduation, I don't think it would be an issue. All the best.

They consider JEE rank + boards mark for admission though your % in 10th and 12th should be equal to or greater than 60 percent if your rank is less than 3 Lacs in JEE Mains or less than 50k in UPSEE than you need not to write there entrance exam else yo have to write SUAT. Shortlistes candidates are called for personal interviews, candidates are selected on the basis of 10+2 marks score in JEE Mains or UPSEE and performance in personal interview.

Chance are less, but it all depends on your OBC - PWD rank. You may get some new NIT with non-core branch. All the best.

It depends upon your category if one is of OBC then he/she will BET getting the IIIT, NIT, etc. But if one is from general category then you might get any NIT. But it depends upon the cutoff of JEE Mains 2018. Since the result is not released yet I can't say about the seat allotment procedure. It may vary this year. If the cutoff is low then chances will increase but otherwise it will be hard for general category.

With your score you can apply to MNIT, Jaipur. It is the best college for every engineering branch but you should also have good marks in 12th.
