You got a good grade. You have a good Probability of being admitted to LPU, unlike other universities, in my opinion. Since you have previously qualified for JEE, taking LPU NEST shouldn't be a problem for you. However, the university has not released any instructions about admission based on JEE result. B Tech CSE is one of LPU's strengths, thus I'd like to argue that the two are synonymous. I would like to offer some information on LPU's B Tech CSE department because I teach there:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the JEE exam for admission to premium IIITs and NITs. Yes sure you can get NIT college but you have to compromise with college and branch here I listed to the college where you have the chance to take admission I am considering to you that you have interest in all branches not specially chemical

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSSA) does not conduct counseling for admission to Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. It is actually conducted by Maharashtra Common Entrance Technology I. e. MHT CET.

Most colleges in India accept NATA score and 12th board marks for admissions. Institutions like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, NITs and a few other universities consider JEE Main Part B result.

At your percentile you simply can't expect any of the mentioned branches in a NIT or IIIT.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Generally for most of the university the criterion is you should have minimum of 65% marks in overall and in mathematics and in PCM is required to take admission in B.Tech degree course. For reserved candidates the percentage varies from 50% to 65% according to the university.
