It is difficult to get to admission into PICT, Pune with a 73 percentile in JEE Mains. PICT is a reputed engineering college in Pune and admissions is very competitive. The cutoff for the desired branch may be much higher than 73 percentile. Looking at previous year's cutoffs , the cutoff for branches like CSE or IT at PICT could be above 90 percentile. If you belong to any category that receives reservation benefits, the cutoff for your category may be slightly lower. PICT also considers scores in MHT CET (Maharashtra CET) for admissions. A high score in MHT CET can increase your chances.

With the rank of 6 Lakh in JEE mains, it's quite difficult to get admission in top tier college. Some colleges like Jaypee University, Amity University, Sharda University, LPU have option for CSE. Both Jaypee and Chitkara are good choice for pursuing CSE. If you prefer industry - oriented curriculum with strong placement opportunities, Chitkara University is best option.

Considering your percentage, the chances of getting admission to any IIT or NIT are very low. You can try as you belong to the SC category. You can also study in good private colleges like Panipat Insitute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Geeta University, etc. that do not give preference to JEE Mains.

Admission to SASTRA University is based on two streams: In Stream 1, 70% of the seats are filled based on 75% class 12 marks and 25% JEE Mains marks. Candidates with class 12 scores between 90-95% and around 80% in JEE Mains have a good chance of admission. In Stream 2, 30% of the seats are filled based solely on class 12 marks. Candidates typically need over 95% in class 12 due to high competition. As your mark in IPE as well as in JEE Mains are good, so you have good chances to get into CSE branch from SASTRA University
