Scoring 89 percentile in JEE Main 2024 can offer you admission opportunities in NITs and IIITs. For NITs, candidates aiming for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) normally want a rank under 30,000, that's approximately equivalent to 97 percentile. However, the required percentile may range primarily based at the class. OBC/EWS candidates typically require a percentile decrease than ninety for NIT admission. In the beyond, General class applicants have wished ninety five-ninety seven percentile for NITs, whilst OBC/EWS candidates have required eighty five-ninety percentile, and SC/ST applicants have wanted 65-70 percentile for NIT admis

Yes, you can get a large no of Maharashtra government state engineering colleges through MHTCET. If you qualify in MHTCET, then there is no need to show your JEE marks for admission in state colleges.

1. First, it's important to note that admission to NSUT (Netaji Subhas University of Technology) in the geoinformatics course is based on JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) ranks.2. NSUT is a prestigious engineering university in India, and admission is highly competitive.3. 84.66 percentile in JEE Mains is a respectable score, but it may not be sufficient to secure admission into a top Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch in Uttar Pradesh (UP). The admission process to CSE programs in renowned colleges is highly competitive and depends on several factors, including the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, and the college's cutoffs. To enhance your chances of getting into a good CSE branch, consider the following strategies:1. Apply to both national and state-level engineering colleges to broaden your options.2. Explore colleges with lower cutoffs or consider lateral entry programs i

There is no direct answer to this question. Whether to take a drop year for JEE depends on multiple factors such as the long-term goals of the candidates, his/ her level of preparation, whether there is any better alternative available and many more such factors. In my opinion, If an aspirant thinks he/ she can perform well in the upcoming attempt, then they must dedicate one year to their studies. As an alternative, candidates can do some certifications to justify their gap in the resume. Later if the results are not in their favour then at least they won’t have regrets

For top branches in DTU your JEE Mains rank must be under 2800 rank, or you can say more than 99.8 percentile score. However, since you mentioned that you belong to the SC category, there is a relaxation of 10% of marks for SC/ST category candidates. So, you might get admission into DTU with 75 percentile in JEE Mains under the SC category. But please note that this is just an estimate and the actual cutoffs may vary every year depending on various factors such as rank secured in the JEE Main examination, availability of seats, choice filling, reservation criteria, and more. I hope this helps!
