With a rank of 295792 in JEE Mains under the SC category, it is difficult to secure admission in that college in the Industrial and Production Engineering branch at NIT Jalandhar.Even with home state quota, the cutoff ranks are usually much lower. This time it is about 50,000 to 100,000 for SC category. Your rank is too high for this competitive branch.

Admission Chances with JEE Mains Rank 262341This rank is grossly inadequate for admission in Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) for any branch. Admission to KIIT is very competitive, and the cut-off ranks for getting into the branches mostly sought after- Computer Science, Electronics-, and Mechanical engineering-would typically be found well below this rank as seen in past years, when closing ranks for these branches closed well within the top 100000.Dates of JEE Counseling in Relation to KIITThe counseling for KIIT generally commences almost immediately after the declaration of the results of JEE Mains. For the year 20

Hello Everyone, Here are some colleges in Karnataka that accept JEE scores: National Institute of Technology Karnataka (Surathkal), CMR Institute of Technology (Bangalore), BVV Sangha's Basaveshwar Engineering College (Bagalkot), Indian Institute of Information Technology Dharwad, and R V College of Engineering. A score of 120 or higher in JEE Main is considered good, and can get you admission to the best NITs and IITs. An 85 percentile in JEE Mains can also get you into many good engineering colleges, including the top NITs or IIITs.Hope this will help you take a better decision.Thank You!

No, you cannot get admission to the computer science course at any autonomous engineering college in Pune with 34 percentile in JEE Mains. Such a score is generally really low when it comes to competition in courses like computer science. Most autonomous engineering colleges have some prescribed cutoffs for the JEE Mains score for different branches, specifically for the popular branch computer science. Usually, such cutoffs exceed much beyond a 34 percentile. If a candidate does not meet the JEE cutoffs, they can try other ways like management quota entry or lateral entry, but normally they come at extra expense and conditions.

With a 66.83 percentile in JEE Mains and belonging to the ST category, you have a fair chance of securing a seat in some NITs or IIITs, particularly in less competitive branches or newer institutions. However, admission also depends on factors like the specific branch you prefer, state quota (home state or other state), and the cutoffs of individual institutes. Likely Options:1. NITs:- The newer and less competitive NITs like NIT Sikkim, NIT Mizoram, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Nagaland, or NIT Arunachal Pradesh might have a lower cut-off for ST candidates.   State quota can hugely increase your chances in your home state NIT.2.
