With 977 points on your state board examination and an 86 percantile in JEE Mains , you have a good probability of being admitted to SASTRA Universitys CSE program or the CSE specialization . in admissions, the university takes into account both Jee results and academic standing. Although an 86 percentile is succesful , cutoffs change every year, so its better to check out SASTRA Universitys website for the most recent entrance requirements or to get in touch with their admissions office to figure out the exactly what you are qualified for.

Yes, you can take admission in the B.Tech programme at Modern College of Engineering without JEE scores. Admissions are also based on the MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) for candidates from Maharashtra. For candidates from outside Maharashtra or those applying under All India Quota, JEE Main scores are typically considered, but MHT-CET is an alternative for Maharashtra candidates.

VIIT Pune offers admission to its B.Tech program via MHT CET and JEE Mains exams. If you're from the Maharashtra state, you get admission by taking the MHT-CET exam, which fills 85% of the seats. But if you're from anywhere else in India, you have to take the JEE Mains exam, which fills the remaining 15% of the seats.
