JEECE Eligibility

Before JEECE registration, the candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria for the admission process. All candidates should be permanent residents of the state and should have passed 12th standard (or equivalent) examination from a recognised board. For JEECE admission, the candidates will require a valid JEE Main score and should have secured minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in their 12th standard qualifying examination from a recognised board. The candidates should have studied Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects as well as Chemistry or Biology as optional subjects. Ineligible candidates will not be considered for admission.

JCECE 2018 Eligibility:
Candidates have to fulfill multiple eligibility criteria in order to appear for JCECE 2018. Candidates who does not fulfill any of the below mentioned JCECE eligibility criteria will be disqualified for admissions during counselling. The eligibility criteria for JCECE 2018 is as follows:
Criteria I Educational Qualification
Candidates are eligible to apply for JCECE 2018 if they:
Have cleared their Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Have studied Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subject as well as Chemistry or Biology as optional subjects. Have secured minimum aggregate of 45% in their qualifying exam if they are from general category. However, reserved category candidates have to secure a minimum aggregate of 40%. There is no maximum age limit for candidates who want to appear for JCECE.
